Q] How do I join Abdeenwatches?

Abdeenwatches membership is free of charge. All you need to do is to visit www.Abdeenwatches.com and click on the Register link at the top of the page. You need to fill in a simple application form with your full name and email address.

Q] Can I change my personal information?

Yes, and we always recommend that you keep your information updated in our system. You can update your info anytime through simple steps by visiting “My Account” page

Q] Can I change my password?

Yes you can. All you need to do is to visit “My Account” page and do the necessary change.

Q] I forgot my password. How can I log in again?

Yes, all you need to do is:
  • Click Login.
  • Select 'Forgot Your Password'
  • Enter your registered e-mail address
A new password will be sent automatically to your e-mail address.

Q] Is my information on Abdeenwatches shared with third parties?

Abdeenwatches respects and values the private information collected from our customers. We only collect your information in order to communicate with you and keep you updated with our offers.

Q] What products can I buy at Abdeenwatches?

We offer various products that can be used as gifts for Him, Her, Kids, and Home. We have many international brands that suit the taste of our shoppers. We also offer China Finest quality products that adds to the big variety of gift items.

Q] How can I shop at Abdeenwatches?

Simply visit our website at www.Abdeenwatches.com, and select the item you wish to buy. After selecting the items you liked, please register or log in to your account and follow the simple steps to complete your purchase. After purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and containing an order number for tracking purposes.

Q] Is there a validity period for my shopping cart and how long is it?

Items added to your shopping cart will remain in your cart even if you log out. When you return back to your shopping cart, you can continue shopping and buy these items if they are still available in stock. Kindly note that keeping an item in your shopping cart without placing the order does not mean that these items will be held for you.

Payments & Charges

Q] Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payment. Online secured payment methods will be launched soon.

Q] What is included in the price that appears on my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation includes the price of the items you purchased and the shipping/handling charges depending on your country in the “Ship To Address”. Shipping/handling charges are exclusive of customs fees applicable at your chosen “Ship To Address”. It is important to note that Abdeenwatches has no control over and does not determine the amount of customs duties that are charged in each country, it is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to pay for these charges.

If you choose "Cash on Delivery" as a payment method, additional charges may apply that has to be paid by the Buyer to our delivery agent. These fees will not appear in your Order Confirmation and will be claimed by our delivery agent separately. Please visit our COD policy for more information on the associated additional fees.

Q] How do I pay additional customs and COD fees, if any?

Once shipment is shipped to your country, and if such fees do apply on your order, our delivery agent will contact you and advise you of these additional charges. You will pay directly to our delivery agent these charges upon receiving your shipment.

Q] Can I pay in a currency which is not the delivery country's currency?

We always accept your local currency for payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Q] Which countries does Abdeenwatches ship to?

We are currently accepting orders from Jordan. If you wish to place an order to another country, please contact our Customer Care team and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Q] How long does it take to get my order?

We do our best to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days; however this is sometimes not possible due to circumstances beyond our control.

Q] What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Our delivery agent will try to reach you several times to make your delivery. If unsuccessful, as with any other postal service package, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package. Usually, you can pick up your order package at the courier depot that is closest to the shipping address specified for the order.

Q] How do I track and check the status of my orders?

If you wish to follow up on the status of your order, you can log in to your account and click on My Account tab and then Your Orders. You will then see a current and past list of your purchases with a status update. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Team who will be happy to look into your order and update you on its delivery status.

Returns & Cancelation

Q] Can I return an item which I have already purchased?

Yes, if you purchase an item and would like to return it, you can do so within 2 days of receiving it provided that this item does not fall under the non-returnable items listed below. Refunds will be made as per the mode of payment you selected during your purchase.

Refunds will be only for the price of the items and does not include shipping & handling, customs fees and COD fees, if any.

In order to facilitate the credit process, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in its original packaging material.

Q] Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items cannot be returned:
  • Men Accessories
  • Women Accessories
  • Home décor
  • Cigars
  • Leather goods
  • Books

Q] How do I return a product to?

You will need to contact our Customer Care agents to arrange for return of a product. Please note that while the returned item is in transit, it is still your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

Q] Who pays the cost to ship the returned item back to Abdeenwatches?

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Abdeenwatches. The charges will be equivalent to the shipping charges you paid to get the order.

In the event where the item is damaged upon receipt or when the wrong item has been shipped, we will pay for the shipping cost.

Q] How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team. Please note that if your order has been processed in our warehouse, cancellation might not be possible anymore. You should therefore inform us instantly in case if you have changed your mind.

Q] How do you refund me if I cancel an order?

In case of order cancellation, we will do refunds as per the mode of payment chosen during purchase. If the order has been shipped then the return policy will apply on this order and it will no longer be considered as a cancelled order.
